Yea... its always a balance of cost of the air con unit vs the energy cost of usage.. is the saving from the air con purchase worth the energy cost it uses.. lol.. personally... we kinda gave up thinking too much .. and just chose a a newer technology one with a decent price that matches our budget .. resulting with us going with a Mit heavy industry inverter model with the new coolant gas. RAsomething lol..

LOL.. i checked.. its R410A , tats the name of the new refrigerant. compared to R22 .. Which going to phase out .. in a distant future.. no worries abt using R22 by the time its only to phase out.. i think you will be considering another round of reno!

LOL... the way you put it reminds me of a chat b4.. " When we are young.. we have a list of what ur dream man or woman will must have or be.... but after both age and reality catches up.. the list would have been cut and revise heaps... till its like good enough can lieo.."

hey.. any update on your side? Henry just told me that most likely next week will hand over... then we will go thur the place to see if any rectification is needed... can't wait.. Next week will also be the week that most of our stuffs (TVs, sofas, beds etc...) that we brought months back be due to delivery .... woot..

We got ours from Heritage Bathroom Gallery at Geyland ... WC plus the bathroom sink ... 398. Good shopping experience with them.. service is good, very patient.... items are fairly priced... look for maggie.. but any staff over there is pretty much good too..

We started ours on the 8th of march.... so abt 2months... hmmm 2nd round painting.. not too sure... but surely some touch up is in order.. cos got some area... after the carpentry went it.. it tarnish the paint a abit... just a bit there a bit there... nothing major....

We are more concern abt our flooring... now still covered up... but there is some area the cover tear... worried it will scratch the tiles.. but henry say he will settle them if that happens... will update more as it happens...

yours should be like 2 to 3 weeks more ba.. should be pretty fast now.. MORE PICS!

u might be able to find this model at GR Link in Jln Besar. They quoted me another Crizto model for $220. not sure if this model same price.

Can say recommend by Mrs Ong from Sengkang. Mentioned RT and she should remember me cos I just went down on Monday.
