Our Sycamore fans from elmarks is finally up! been looking forward to they ... only gripe was due to our false ceiling .. its a little lower then we planned.. but we can live with it.. just make sure i don't do stretching underneath them.. lol.. Btw, knowing that 1 was selling for 1380 each.. we were trying our luck when we told them if they can do 1 for 800, we will buy 2 .. if not, we are going for KDK... lol.. We bargained abit and end with 2 for 1.8k .. didnt really expected them to slash so much.. lol.. how my wallet cried.. on well.. love the looks! Hey tiger...can I get the contact for your ceiling fans..Very nice lei..stylo mylo...
tigertgr 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2010 Hey tiger...can I get the contact for your ceiling fans..Very nice lei..stylo mylo... hihi... ok la.. it only seems big with the kitchen push back and without furnishing.. but thank you for ur kinda words... The agent is ELMARKS... http://www.elmark.com.sg/index.htm Strangely the webby is not working for me....u can call 67436852 and look for Ms tan.. so far the experience with them is pretty good.. They even allow me to have 2 visits for the installation.. 1st for the installation of the bracket so my false ceiling can go up.. then they will come again after the false ceiling, plasting and painting is done..to install the fans... But do note they do charge extra for the installation.... http://www.sycamorefan.com/fan/feature/features.html Here the webby for the product. hope it helps
adah 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2010 http://www.sycamorefan.com/fan/feature/features.html tiger, so far, the air circulation is ok? I mean can cover your hallway? What you think about my layout whether can cover or not?
tigertgr 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2010 tiger, so far, the air circulation is ok? I mean can cover your hallway? What you think about my layout whether can cover or not? Hmmm... As the our switches wasn't up yet at the time when the fans were being install... I will have to get back to you on whether the circulation is ok.. But base on what we seen and felt at the Elmark's office.. the air circulation is good. its not as strong as KDK's for sure.. i think its best u head down to their showroom and have a feel and look for yourself.. As your strong and our strong might be very different in degree. But like i said.. let me go test it on the weekend and i will post my findings..

Yep mine is Daikin. Just checked, my MBR and other room that we are likely to use the air con most often are smaller than yours. MBR will have a 12k blower also. Just height wise is higher. Hmm. Hopefully enough. Mitsubishi has higher BTU though, now that you mention..

Unless u are a hardcore Daikin fan.... then not much choice there..

Mitsubishi is more ex by couple of hundreds going by the coolserve webby and consumes more power but I suppose that comes with the higher BTU? Just guessing. Lol. Yea... its always a balance of cost of the air con unit vs the energy cost of usage.. is the saving from the air con purchase worth the energy cost it uses.. lol.. personally... we kinda gave up thinking too much .. and just chose a a newer technology one with a decent price that matches our budget .. resulting with us going with a Mit heavy industry inverter model with the new coolant gas. RAsomething lol..
