Splitting 1 X Toilet Into 2, Possible?

Just bought a resale condo. One of the toilet is very long with 1 door leading into 1 room and 1 door leading into the dinning area. Was thinking of splitting the toilet into 2 as shown below. Is it possible? If yes, how much would it cost? Thanks.
