Thanks.. looking forward to your photos.. thinking how much lighting is enuf for the living room..

I think you can help us with the same same layout..

mine is a L-box, with 3 downlight by 2 downlights, the cove lighting has 4 warm tubes. Ok for us, actually id suggested more but we down cos to save $.

My feature wall is piano white, sofa white, marble flooring is white with grey strips. A silverish grey carpet. Maybe with all these light colours so helps in making the living room bright.

Hi feb, these are the pics i took at night.

3 downlights and cove lighting above tv.

At the other side of the L-box, 2 downlights, no cove light here.

Just to check, out of the 4 sides, you only did 2 sides of lightings? (one with cove lights and the other side only L box)

Yes we only did 2 sides. As we usually only watch tv in the living room, its bright enough. I also have 2 downlights above the tv area.
