So exciting. i can feel yr excitement.. my gf is looking for a new home and came across this seller at pasir ris asking for SGD70k COV just because the flooring is marble but the condition of the rest of the hse is quite bad.. so i assume marble flooring is an asset.. hehehe Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Grout lines are those in between the homogenous tiles. I'm a lazy bum so my lines between the tiles now are either black or grey. I also wont buy if cov is 70k. Too high.
