hi there, I have little clue about this thing... may be someone can educate me a bit...

if I want something like this (just the top) , how much roughly do you think it will be? Mine is about 1000mm x 300mm

What is sheet pasted on the wall (marked as 1)?

I don't know about the cost, but to be used in a bathroom, it definitely have to be waterproof. The most likely material that I can think of is acrylic or a acrylic/polyester blend. It seemed like a splashback to me.
