I am thinking of buying one from there but my ID is "taking his own sweet time" to renovate.

Do you think I should wait for the Christmas sale, year end sale or even the Chinese New yr sale?

2.Laminate flooring for MBR

3.NO PLATFORM. cos i was quoted a near $2000 for it with storage, I strike it off.

4. Vanity in the masterroom toilet

5. Featured wall and TV console

6. Shoe cabinets and Mirror Featured wall

7. Kitchen Cabinet only

8. HAck Wall for WIW(a little diff from u)

9. Overlaying of 1 toilet flooring

10. No Grills ( a little diff from u)

11. Build in Wardrobe for bedroom 2.

12. False Ceiling

13. Include painting and some plumbing works and installation of toilet accessories.

Indeed, after quoting your surname, Jane gave us the cheapest pricing among all the shops we were comparing with. We like her service and she's always smiling.

Indeed like what you said, when our ID brought us to Lights N Lights, a similar model was marked up by 20% by them (one particular model was even marked up by 37%!). Hence we didn't get anything from them and we went to get from Lights Arcade (this time without the ID around). We are quite shocked to learn that our ID can earn 20% by recommending customers to the lighting shop.

By the way we also tried to ask Jane to lower down your two chandeliers which you & your wife were eyeing for. Hopefully she might lower a bit more. Good luck!

got my samsung LA40M81BX for $3299 +free 26" LA26R71BAX... heart and pocket very pain now... too rush to buy liao. if can wait think it will drop more during christmas or CNY...
