Went down to the site lately and found that the flat design does not seem to allow laundry drying with bamboo poles (tek ko).

Instead, it seem to suggest hanging of laundry with the built-in poles.

The supplied main door and gates look a bit sianz.

Do anyone know how the living rm connect to the kitchen, as I am considering to put a glass/wood door panel?

Oh if I'm not wrong.. the gate seems to be Black in colour... think Main door is as usual Wood Brown bah...

I did not take any picture of the door.

But briefly, the grilles are in copper brown with hues of black while the wooden door is in light brown with hues of red..

Me is hoping for a Dark Brown wooden door initially.

Anyone here got key liao??

My mom heard from some neighbours that someone receive letter to collect keys in november. Not sure how true it is.. but she heard from a few neighbours liao.

Dear all Bros and Sis,

Went to Peep at block C. We met a Senior Guy there, not sure its the Supervisor or not.

He told us that Blk C should be getting the keys anytime now to Nov 2007 as the keys already handed over to HDB.

The process of handing over should be C, D, E, B ,A. Block A and B should be completed by end of the year and by Jan 08 should be handed over to HDB.

Owners should be able to get letter to collect Keys anytime from Feb 08 to Mar 08.

Dunnoe his info true or not.. Just to update everyone.

Neighbour just confirmed with my mom that they are collectings keys in Sept. Those who took Blk C have gotten their letter last month.

Yeah... hope our turn will be next!!
