4rm 's Unit Renovation Cost

Hi,

We've just purchase a resale flat. Seems like we need major renovation to revamp the toilet, kitchen etc. We also need to rebuild the storeroom which has been hacked down by the previous owner.

It 'll be appreciated if you can help to qoute on the works to be done. Plus adding false ceiling at the living room door.

We'll only get the keys in 2mths time. So right now, we're sourcing high and low for a reliable contractor / id who'll able to give us their best qoutes.

Please help!!

Here's the current state pictures and floor plans.

living room - too add the false ceiling

full hacking and to qoute for new kitchen

current toilet x 2 (kitchen and MBR)

These are the summaries that we need :

- change the entrance door , to add wrought iron gate

- Set up wrought iron grill at the living room and 1 bedroom window

- Wall plastering and repaint whole unit

- rebuild the store room

- Hacking down current kitchen cabinet and supply / set up new one

- Change the position of the current sink

- remove the existing small sink which is just outside the kitchen toilet

- renovate 2 toilet / supplies and set up with accessories

- False ceiling for the living room and wiring

It would be appreciated if we're giving a proper qoutations and the breakdown.
