How To Ensure Renovation Is In Order?

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

Any tips to ensure the renovation is in order? Do we need to go up and check on work done or we just leave to the ID? Any specific things I should look out for?

What is acceptable workmanship and what is not??

Thanks!

for me, my id give me a schedule and i drop by occasionally to check

as for workmanship, i think there is no way anyone can answer your question.

i am sure you got your own opinion on whether you need perfection or can accept small flaws.

If you want to leave it to your ID, you need to communicate very well with your ID...

Some IDs are more auto-pilot, while others will seek your decision... You should get someone that will seek your decision on matters if u do not want to go up and see the reno process...

Generally, checking once every 3 days is fine, once every week if you are busy, or checking everyday if u want to be more careful...

On workmanship, you probably need to trash everything out before the final handover... withhold the payment until everthing is done...
