I just made an order for a built-in wardrobe pole system.

Anyway my question is, what colors do you recommend for the interior of the wardrobe and what kind of combination shelving should I have?

mine is at 6 1/2 feet long wardrobe.

It all depends on the type of clothes you have, I suppose you would want to have as much hanging room as possible. Just figure out the minimum drawer and shelf space you need and then use everything else as hanging.

what about the interior color? what is good interior color?
