Air-con Group Buy

Recommended Posts

Hi Aaron,

You seems like a Air-con sales person. I have read alot of cross talk between the system and BTU to support how many air-con.

Would like to clarify with you on some queries, when it's mentioned system 3. For a price of $2,250.

How much BTU is the compressor?

Does it include the living room?

Let's say for a typical 93sqm 4 rm apartment, 1 air-con in master bedroom, 1 in bedroom 2 and last in living room. So how much BTU is required?

Now, alot of companies branch to manufacture air-con when it use to be monopolise by Sanyo & Daikin. What is a recommended brand? Daikin/Sanyo/Toshiba/Panasonic/Fujitsu/LG/Samsung

Appreciate your kind clarification. Thanks :D

Hi Aron,

As above.

Noted your promo on 26 feb.

Some questions to ask.

1) Is there OUTDOOR and INDOOR unit for this brand? What's that? seems like there is only 1 model under inverter sys 3.

2) I'm looking at installing in 1 MBR, 2 BR. should i give you the room s' area? No need for living room.

3) What's the difference in indoor units? There are so many serial nos.

4) Still have the Dealer's promo on Pana? Remember dealers giving out NTUC vouchers.

5) What's does your quote include? how many years of warranty? on parts or labour? any after sales service? servcing or maintainence period and cost?

6) Should I be looking at other brands for similar or better specs?

Tks. Hope to receive your reply very soon.

:paint:

Your usage is consider low. You may want to consider mitsubsihi electric non-inverter system 3. We will discuss further and also the pricing when we meet up on sat.

Thank you.

Aron

Hi Aron,

I'm looking into Mitsubishi Electric Non-Inverter R410A Sys 3, will appreciate that you can give me a quote on this.

Can you provide details on the installation materials to be used as well like the type and inch used for the insulation, the type of copper piping used, etc.?

Based on your experience, will it be better to upgrade to 1/2 inch insulation and G22 copper piping?

N what is the price difference? Many thanks in advance.

Hi

I'm looking for a System 4 and deciding between inverter and non-inverter.

Currently using Carrier Sys 4 >10 yrs old.

As one of the current piping is behind built-in cabinet, will have to reuse the piping.

Understand that my old flat can only support 8.5amp load.

Please recommend what is suitable for me.

Thank you.

Jon

just pmed you

Hi Aron,

Thanks for your prompt attention and reply.

Will like to understand from you that:

1. When you mentioned 9K BTU X 3, does that mean that when all the 3 aircons are on - each unit will use 9K BTU to cool the room?

2. Is there such a thing like the same model having different BTU like e.g: MUX3BD23VD (ME Sys 3 Non-inverter) having (a) 20K BTU and (b) 9K BTU X 3?

Appreciate your sharing. TIA.

If you on all the 3 rooms at one time, one unit will be at 9kbtu and the other 2 units will be at 6kbtu each. Unless the room is small, if not at any one time, i will suggest only 2 units of air-con to be on.

Tks for ur sharing, Aron!
