DC21 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2021 Hi All, I am facing the same issues recently. The seller do not want to proceed after sign otp and collect deposit + excersice fee. I have sold my old house and tot the new house will be ready by July but unfortunately the seller do not want to sell and now we stuck and become homeless. We have so much stress which we have find our next home, find a space to store our current furniture and a room to stay at this difficult time. My wife and I have so much metal stress and unable to ficusnon our job due to this seller. We need advice from your all.
