Electrician ( Mr Sim – Sim Electrical Engineering) – Appx $800 Install 2 Corner Fan (New Point with Switch & Truncking) Install 1 Ceiling Fan Install 13 Lightings Install 6 x T5 Lights Shift Point & Installation of Hanging Dining Lights (Conceal) Add 2 x 13AMP Double Socket (Conceal) Add 1 x 13 AMP Single Socket Cooker Switch for Hood Connect Water Heater Shift 1 x 13 AMP Double Socket & Antenna My renovation contractors' contacts are all listed in my blog.https://btoreno.wordpress.com/contractors-contact/ FYI, no one sponsor me. Just wanna the share the info. Cause i got a quite a hard time sourcing for reasonable rate contractors. Some contractors quote me rocket high pricing which i didn't use them. ongck80 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2017 my contractor give me this price of rewire the whole unit. double point $50 single point $40 scv point $80 Data (what they call cat 6 cable) $85 20 A power $100 lighting point $30 lighting install $10 ceiling fan install $40-$50 cos i got 4 blades and 5 blades heater install $35 change of new db $480 they even do painting and all renovation work my window and window grill all change to new white with blue glass for 3 room flat $2600 painting 4 diff colour $2200. some of the items change they do for me free. fast and nice so how my price cheap ?
