Andrew New 3 Report post Posted October 5, 2010 Dun over "WoW" because of the 5k electrical installation. IMHO, the price list showing the price per item is still within the market range and of cos' it's still possible to find a cheaper one. From TS list, you can see there are too many lighting points(64) and power point (>26) need to be installed may be because of EM so even the most reasonable electrician will not reduce the total cost much if he never reduced the lighting and power points. just my 2cents. Install light fitting - $12 x 10point = $120 9. 15amp isolator (aircon) - $150 x 1point = $150 10. New DB box (relocate to behind main dr - $460 x 1set = $460 add: 10mm D/B cable, E cable & change new incoming cable x 3) 11. feizhu 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2010 Hi can anyone advise if the lighting costs will differ from HDB to condo? I understand that condo cables are all concealed within the false ceiling? Would that make it more expensive to do? Thanks!
