nobrain1 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2007 My contractor quote me $1500 for my electrical for 4 rooms flat. but the problem is , i only shift some point here and there. I find it very ex.. but before i can say ok, he already done the shifting, can i still ask him lower down the price ?u tell him u didn't confirm and ask him why he go and shift without informing u all, then ask him to give u a breakdown of how many switches he shifted and how much is per shift. from there u will know if he overcharge. one new powerpoint socket is only $40 and $50 for a double and also includes new switches. for shifting of sockets u gotta ask cos i din do it b4
