Any recommendation of any brand of Solar water heater? Thinking of installing one on the roof of my landed but have no idea which brand or model, thanks in advance.

Just want to share with you guys, I'm lucky enough to won a Powerlite solar system 60gE in Home Eco Show lucky draw yesterday...

Too bad I own a townhouse and it can't support to have this install for my house...

Just to share my experience with solar panel suppliers.

My solar heater was hot and cold and I had lost the contact of the supplier who did the solar heater, unable to access the top of the roof, I called a lot of solar supplier and most of them do not provide solar heater services, only solar panel, quite alot of the suppliers did not wan to come down for troubleshooting. After calling and searching for 3 days, a guy called Mr Lim said he will come down to take a look. Feel very relieved at that point of time but it turned up to be a disappointment as he did not try to check or troubleshoot my solar heater but immediately took out a file with his pricing trying to convince me to replace new ones. When i asked him to bring his workers down to check the situation on the roof to ensure that there will not be any extra/hidden cost he hesitate.

Subsequently when i called him to ask when he can arrange, he would try to push for me to pay the down payment first before sending workers down. Only on the third time I called, he confess that he actually does not have any workers so the installation is done by other professionals and he cant get them to see site unless I make the down payment. Needless to say, I decided not to go ahead.
