darcei1201 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2010 Hi, I am new to this forum and just bought our first flat. We are now looking at IDs to renovate. Has anyone engaged the services of Cheng Interior Design & Contracts ? their quotation is very attractive and one of the lowest i have seen but I cannot seem to find their hdb or radac license number (maybe that's why their prices are attractive?). I only see their registerd acra number. please do send in your reviews on this firm, that would be great help! Many thanks and happy new year to all!

What I know from a contractor is that hdb or radac license need to in business for at least a year in order to apply. So they need to get order first before can apply. It ok if they provide good service and work. There are many hdb license contractor doing lousy job as well.

They do not have a hdb license, their service is quite good but their workers do not have ethics.
