Thumb up for her! Hey there, glad to hear that things are going well. Just realised that we bought very similar Hansgrohe stuff. My balcony is about the same size as yours.. what you planning to do there? I wish the balcony windows were bigger - i.e. the wall is lower so that there is more of a view. The nicest are those condo ones, with the full glass balcony. Oh well.

madcat 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2010 nothing is more relieved to hear that the reno is smooth huh. LAN points for the whole house? for opennet? Sort of... prepare in advance mah it is also partly due to my past experience with wireless router. very inconsistant when playing game or watching streaming movie online... so might as well setup the LAN network at home to solve it once and for all

madcat 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2010 Day 18 We are quite pleased with the reno progress.. Ceiling work and plaster work have completed, floor tiles also completed for all except storeroom and MBR. ID has arranged an appointment to confirm the carpentry work with us on last Thursday, which is almost 1 weak ahead of the original schedule. Now we can say it is very likely to move into our new house before 7 month Below are the photos for reno progress update: Living & Balcony: Floor tiles with skirting have completed and floor protector is up also. The junks in the living room will be cleared by tomorrow according to ID. Kitchen: Kitchen floor tiles, base for kitchen cabinet, fridge and wash machine are up. Thanks, Ne0mesis bro. Our reno went quite smooth so far. ID just informed me that painting, lighting, grills and acid wash will be done by today. Carpentry will be delivered tomorrow and installation will start on next Monday. Probably we will visit our flat tonight to take some photos. Oh, yah.. my flat is at 4th floor.. quite low ... but it is opposite pasir ris town park, so the view is so so OK
