I remember i asked one of the contractors before, they say there is very little difference in cost because they have to smooth out the walls etc...is that true? I don't want contractors to smoke us to rip us off...hence the question. anyway has experience to verify this? Or contractors free to comment? I am not really sure. decor is basically a personal taste imo.. plus.. cement screeding is really dependent on personal tastes.. we wanted to do that too.. but then we opt for cement screed look-alike tiles instead.. at least now when we are selling i think buyers got one less thing to complain about no tiles.. lol.. anyway, i'm just asking out of curiousity too.
