From my personal experience, my ID arrange for acid wash after tiles were done - for inspection. Along the way, a few general cleaning were arranged to clean up the place for other checks.

No la. That particular door looks interesting. I won't paint it fully white if I use the door. I would do 'crack-line' effect plus gold paint for the plastered pattern. Or a dark color paint paint plus outline for the plastered pattern. Hee.
