Clementi_PR 0 Report post Posted May 5, 2010 (edited) Like the effect of the lights behind the cabinet. Exudes a cosy feeling and something different from the rest of the kitchens I've seen. How about your bathrooms? Turn out well? Thanks bro, for the bathroom, i feel it is just ok. Nothing special, but found out that actually the sink in common bathroom is a little to big. And actually 2 days ago both bathroom drainage was choked. Problem was the worker throw the sand and cement in the bathroom. Other than that is the lining of the floor and wall can be made better actually. I can't produce a pic of the bathroom cause a space constraint (and i dont have wide or fish eye lens ) Edited May 5, 2010 by Clementi_PR
samgalz 2 Report post Posted May 5, 2010 When start to choose the accesories, do note the measurement. I regret not really did that for my bathroom sink It will be much more nicer if i choose smaller size for common bathroom. thanks for the reminder. I did check with my contractor the dimension of my common bathroom sink AFTER I order it LOL...lucky he came back saying it's ok for the common bathroom. phew! Will take note for the other items. purecat 0 Report post Posted May 6, 2010 Found this very cool idea of using a tiny space. Cool idea comes from limitation In Hong Kong, because of the space, apartments are small and expensive. Gary Chang, an architect, decided to design a 344 sq. ft. apartment to be able to change into 24 different designs, all by just sliding panels and walls. He calls this the "Domestic Transformer." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lg9qnWg9kak&sns=em Hope it is not repost Thanks for sharing this link! its impressive how this guy manage to survive in such a small place ! I shared the link in facebook with my friends as well .

Mickey M 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2010 Yup, HDB is much more better than HK housing board, CMIIW But worse than standard housing in Australia or US. Hee. But HDB is gd.
Clementi_PR 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 But worse than standard housing in Australia or US. Hee. But HDB is gd. While our HDB price is climbing, the housing price in USA is keep dropping. A lot of the owner doing what they call a "Strategic default" I was wondering what is the benefit of this strategic default. You will lose your down payment and the installment you already paid right? Anyone can give more logical explaination?

Clementi_PR 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2010 Halo home_sweet_home, Yes this is the classic door in the quotation. It is not a hollow, but not a solid wood. It is the wood scrap that was hardend. No paint on the door. I just ask him to paint the frame. The frame it self is the original frame from prev owner. Hope this can give u more info.
