summerflowers 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2010 Maybe you can try painting your walls the same shade as your air-con casing? This will make the aircon casing blend in with the wall and the yellowness will not look so noticeable. People will even think that it is part of the design! That is the melamine sponge and it is only good for cleaning "attached dirt". The yellowish colouring, is caused by chemical reactions and not some substance attaching to the surface.
