How Is My Quote? Reasonable?

Need some comments if my quote is reasonable?

1) To demolish existing wall & floor tiles for 2 toilets

2) To supply & provide labor to install wall and floor tiles for 2 toilets (30 x 60 tiles)

Above works = $4100

1) Overlay Kitchen floor tiles (30 x 60 tiles) - $980

Please let me know. Kitchen floor area 191ft. Attached floor plan for references

But i need to know if the quote is reasonable or not.. water proofing will be done as check with him when quote came in.

u only hacking the flr n wall? toilet bowls?? i have a contractor contact probably cheaper than this. maybe you want to try? i will be engaging her for my reno after CNY.

Hi Christopher

Make sure your contractor do waterproofing for both your toilet after hacking.

The toilet and wash basin will be hack, basically the whole of 2 toilet redo my bad for not being detail.

For my mum and sis toilet reno took them about 3-4k for a simple reno with flr wall tiles, install toilet bowl,basin, hot cold pipe also some glass mosaic design etc. consider overhaul the whole toilet.
