Mr Anything 0 Report post Posted January 29, 2010 From what i understand is cannot. Anything outside is property of HDB. This was what a housing agent once told me when i was hunting for a house as the home owner drilled some hooks to put up his "old school" blinds outside his window. summerflowers 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2010 Does it look something like an awning? If so, it is not allowed by regulation. Any fixtures that is mounted on the external facade of the building is not allowed. I approached town council before as I wanted to install a clothes hanging rack out of the windows.
