I wanted to renew & revised my current tenant agreement without going thru an agent.

Try to search in this topic but only found for HDB.

Any reference for private Condo.

Hi Lee,

I think you should dbl check the clauses in your contract properly first le. Most contracts already state tt if you want to extend your contract, you have to pay the agent his fees again. sometimes it might just be for the landlord only la, but not likely. other than that, should be basically e same between hdb n private condo, i think. i like what u did with the place btw
