gladyslim 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2010 Most small scale furniture factory only have the table saw to cut plywood. Look for carpentry joinery works, they will have the mortise machine, radial saw and planner etc. You can do it yourself manually using the tenon saw and chisel, its only a matter of time. Best if you have hole saw and jig saw.

Check the power before you buy. May need to use isolator - 400v as it is 3 horsepower. Edited January 25, 2010 by gladyslim
gladyslim 0 Report post Posted January 25, 2010 I bought a trimmer last weekend... it is not easy to use for novice and is quite a dangerous power tool ... Regret to buy it.. Most power tool like grinder, drill etc run at very high speed. It is not easy to handle when in use on the object, hold tight, keep the power cable away to prevent accidentally cut on it Keep close to the on/off button to cut off power supply incase of emergency. You can mount the trimmer onto the underside of the worktop so that you have both hand to hold the work piece. Secure a straight plank in line and above the trimmer bit to guide you for a good job.
