davidbslee 1 Report post Posted January 20, 2010 Hi, currently my 3rm resale flat flooring is broken marble which already 24years since the flat was bulid. The marble condition is quite bad as feel like a kind of bad smell of urine from the owner dog that have slip into the marble. Do you think I should change to homogenous tiles if budget is not a problem? Mostly people will keep the marble flooring if their resale flat flooring is marble. What will you do if you were me. Pls advice....

Pls advice.... Your floor area pretty small, may wanna go for lamainated flooring. Your hse will look very cosy Most ppl keep slated marble not broken marble. Edge of broken marble turn brown, looks like rust over time if the grade are poor.
