Electrolux Customer Care Seriously Needs To Be Improved

anyone had bad experiences with them?

It seems like there is only 1 person manning the customer care hotline.

I have been calling since morning and i'm always directed to the mailbox. It's just so frustrating!

Electrolux so lousy? Thought it's quite a reputable Swedish brand...
