*New update

We had drafted a list of to-do base on one of the template in here =). Wondering whether installing of windows is also part of the contractor quote or the window supplier?

installing of windows can be done by either window contractor or main contractor. generally window sub-contractor gives a better price.

Ossify quick eye ar ! yes cause we had the impression that reno-contractors dun install windows =p , which is why we separate it from the renovation quote.

Selection between bestview or normal depends on budget.

I had review the quote again and update as I also realized that jobs on wall tiles for kitchen and the bathroom were not listed.

Garion! thanks a lot for your blessing. = ] we hope all will go well, if not .. then it is the rocks and pebbles the path of life. Quiet exciting still ~

Today had completed uploading all resource for renovation into i-touch.

Went IT show today and bought a Phillips Full HD-LCD 42" at 999 during Audio House Hourly Special (Model . 42PFL5609/98) . Original Price was 1999

At first we were thinking Toshiba 42" 699 which is also quiet a good bargain but Phillips model is better-looking.

First buy for our new home =)
