Any Grant For 1st Timer? ( Sers Housing )

I buying 1st time for SERS housing.

1) Any grant from the HDB ?

2) SERS Housing consider " old or New " ?

From the website, it's stated that CPF Grant is only for Resale flat not SERS.

Got Additional housing grant mah . One apply for both new and resale flat . But house whole income must be less then 5k

Not sure if you are looking for this answer.

If u already owned a SERS annouced flat, the govt will compensate u the market rate of your flat plus a $30k discount from your new replacement flat. That will be considered your 1st time purchase from HDB.
