i will need your advices. which type of water heater have the best electrical saving? i have heard from different ppl but some say this and some says that.

i really dunno who should i be listening to?

can anyone advise me?

instant water heater, but also depends on which type of shower system you are using it with.

I'm using Joven 35L the latest design with energy saving ( dunno how true ). Anyway got lots of brand for you to choose from ( Ariston and etc ).

I heard from people that Joven is the more on producing storage heater only and quite an old brand, that's why I've decided to go with this brand. So far very satisfied with it.

A lot of places selling in the range of 240 - 265. Mine is lump with my hob, hood, sink , bath accesories, faucets and etc so I got y 35L for the price of 25L.

Storage heater confirm have to wait. Anyway I did not bother to calculate what's the waiting time since I've decided on using storage heater.

I was told by someone Joven is using old technology cos it required 1 more water outlet for the water or to release pressuer. I would like to check with current owner of Joven heater if it is true? I ve only seen it in pic. It actually have 3 outlet one red( hotwater) one blue( green ) and another one. Please let me know .. Thank you very much

My contractor only use 1 IN and 1 OUT only. I notice got 3 outlet but I think the other 1 is for pressure release ( safety feature ).

Storage heater allows you to share more then 1 outlet, like basin & shower point, but it is bulky, cost more and waste electricity. Instant electric heater allows only 1 outlet point and is a problem in new flats with conceal piping already laid for mixer taps to more then 1 outlets. I bought an instant multipoint electric water heater by a local manufacturer, 'BENNINGTON" and it actually combines the advantages of normal storage and instant heater and it was working well for the past 3 yrs. Recently bought another piece for my Pinnacle house.

I've checked around in the market before my purchase and they seem to be very specialised in Instant Electric Multipoint heater. They are local made and true manufacturer of heaters, unlike many other brands that OEM their products from China or Malaysia. Well I'm happy with Bennington for the last 3 yrs. You can give it a try.

hi genetan99, can check with u ar...ur instant multipoint electric water heater u managed to fit into the backyard or it's supposed to go into the common toilet n master bedroom toilet each? cos i also bought a unit at Pinnacle n trying to figure out which kind of water heater to get? *scratch head*

i prefer the higher water pressure that comes with using a storage heater.

Actually, regarding the electricity wastage, the power bill for my place actually goes down after i got a storage heater to replace 2x instant heaters..
