Need advice on the pricing for installing the window panel at my balcony

the dimension 4 feet x 10 Feet 127 inch quote cost about

1. Sliding Type (Silver: Normal HDB)- $590

2. Casement Type (Silve: Normal HDB)- $690

Any recommendation for the above pricing with cheaper
