From what I can think: - deominsh/hacking - construct base for kitchen cabinet and fridge, etc - paint (sealing, and 1st layer of paint) - electrical wiring jobs, install lights - pluming jobs, fix up toilet - flooring (kichen tiles, room floor, etc) - capentry (wardrobe, cabinet) - paint (2nd layer, touch up) Can someone advise if above is correct? or anything missing? Installation of air con blower & compressor (cause window grilles install in room) 4. Painting 5. Kitchen cabinets, kitchen door, window grilles 6.
