Thanks! my friend told me to apply at HDB. need to pay $5 http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10205p.nsf/WP...ns?OpenDocument but i just gave my agent a call and ask him to get for me (he sent me a pdf copy); FOC for us cos his job is pretty easy so far.
