bk888 2 Report post Posted January 4, 2010 Is this advisable as I read from somewhere that pendant light or ceiling fan could somehow cause unnecessary worries I used to sleep under a ceiling fan when I was little. I remember I have this lingering fear that the ceiling fan would come off the ceiling and crush me; especially when it's making that annoying squeaking sound. Guess you might classify that as unnecessary worry bah.

linus2608 0 Report post Posted January 12, 2010 This is interesting... read on Pendant lamps can be placed at the head and side but not at the foot of the bed. traditionally, a lamp is placed at the foot of the coffin to act as a guiding light for the dead spirit on their way to the underworld so it has become a cultural taboo. How true is this?? well u decide

Try to sleep away from the light and see how. You'll know the answer.
