Marble Floor: Stain And Small Chips

my resale place has some slight prob with the marble floor (stain and a small chip)

What can I do about it and any contacts to recommend pls?

There actually a few item you can do.

1) you can put laminate flooring on top of it.

2) you can find a direct person who do polishing marble floor for you.
