Please kindly advice to buy the flat with following condition:-

1). 3 Room Flat/61 sqm

2). 6 year Old

3).Original condition/No kitchen cabinet/No built in furniture

4).high floor (9-13)

5). Lift level

6) 8K COV

7). Clementi Area / near MRT

if u like the place why not, and is 8k cov. the flat is pretty new 6 year old????

there's alot places asking above 15k cov for 3 rm flat.

condition can always reno to ur liking if budget allow...

8 K COV seems reasonable to me. Am staying in fil's 3 room flat now temporarily till my place is ready.

His place is 30 years old and it is worth above 300K. The value of the place does not drop much.

Very convenient.
