Laminating Floor(from Ikea)

hi guys,i need some advise as i'll be getting my 3(I) flat soon. Generally, i m going to hack all the floor tiles except the 1 in the utility room as it is rather new(2yrs+). i m playing with the idea of laminating it instead of hacking it.

happen to come across ikea(alexandra) having a section(ground level) tt provides laminating services($25psf); wonder any of u pple here ever engage them to do laminating for u? if so, how is their workmanship.Shld i leave it to my contractor to do instead??

is it 25psf or 25psm?? if it 25psf it will be super expervise.

if you have a contractor already, think you can get a quote from them.

anyway just to share, my contractor offer quite a reasonable price for laminate flooring, if you need it pm me for the contact.
