Dear forumers,

Got this quote to do 2 toilet. For simplicity, I divide by 2

Hack floor tile = 150

Hack Wall tile = 200

water proofing = 150

Install floor tile = 450 ( include homogenous tile )

Install wall tile = 1375 ( include ceramic tile )

install pwc & basin = 215 ( pwc / basin not included )

haulage = 200

remove debris = 150

Total = 2890 ...

So, if I buy pwc & basin & bidget spray = 400

Fixed glass shower panel = 600

Average / toilet = 4000.

Pls advised and comment if I did not kanna carrot from contractor.

Sounds quite reasonable except for shower panel, shd be ard 400-500 range.

Does it include:

1) construct shower kerbs

2) vanity work top with bottom cabinet

3) Tempered Glass Shower Screen

4) Lay protection paper to protect existing floor tiles

You have to check carefully with the contractor. If not, it will become hidden cost.

4) Lay protection paper to protect existing floor tiles

You have to check carefully with the contractor. If not, it will become hidden cost.

No shower kerb, step down concept ( wet/dry area )

No vanity work top

Oh..still got 1 more , must pay for rewiring inside toilet :(

For the above quotation, I feel it may be a bit on the high side. I think you should get a few quoatations. Since you are doing renovation on your toilets, suggest you look for contractors instead for ids as it will be slightly cheaper. So far I never heard of panel glass from china or australia. Better get a few quotations.

I think we should not add the cost of toilet bowls and basins as they have different price ranges. The price can be as low as $100 (Made in China) to $800 (Made in Spain or Italy).
