i am looking for a contractor to carry out some light renovation works which includes:

1. touch up and repainting of walls and cellings with cracked paintwork,

2. rewiring of electrical cables and fixing up of wall sockets

3. changing of toilet bowl from squatting to seating

anyone have good and reliable contractors to recommend? thanks in advance!!
