and a picture or 2 will help too....

coming back, for dirty lines, maybe u can try 3M's Sharp Shooter. just spray n then wipe it off using a cloth.

wil try 3m sharp shooter-( does pdt come in RED spray can, white liquid)- hope it aint too exp

Post some photos of the window of yours so we can see how dirty it is.. It will be a big help because we can give you the best advice for you.. It's hard to give my advice for now..
