L Shaped Kitchen

Hi, my wife and I had just received our hour keys. It is 5i unit in Pasir Ris.

I'm contemplating whether should the kitchen be converted to an L shaped concept since my wife is into cooking. I agreed it will be more spacious and it will definitely make the kitchen looks bigger.

Would like to seek your guys input on this matter.

1) Will it cost a bomb to convert the kitchen to the L shaped concept (since there will be hacking involve).I'm putting the budget for the kitchen renovation not more than 10k.

2) The market rate for renovation for my master and common toilets?

Maybe you would like to input your floor plan, so that the bro and sis here will be able to help.

But i believe 10k for a kitchen should be more then enough.

As for toilet, u can use $3k per toilet as a guide line. but still depend what you intend to do.

just a rough guide

kitchen cost should be around 8 to 10k for hacking of wall, concrete sink support plus wall and floor tiles, dismantle of cabinets including Laying new tiles and new cabinets with solid top.
