Trap dirt, especially the below tile (need jet spray to wash), easy to see dirt and stain. Modern, not that slippery, anything that is black is not easily seen. Grouting also black made it less obvious for dirty that those white grouting.

up to individual's preference i'd say. in my case, as i'm living w parents, i chose a lighter color for common toilet floor while my MBR bathroom is dark brown

hi, i have previously used similar black tiles also... had a lot of problems with cleaning especially after mopping.... have to make use clean water to mop a second time or there will be white stains after its dry....

have tried a few floor detergent and is still the same.... should be the black color making the white stains more obvious....

i tink the top 1 is nice.. i guess it is anit slip too... since it is the toliet, i dun u need to mop it but, u do require abit of scrubbing... if tt isnt any concrn by all mean... btw, i m using something similar to the tile in the 1st pic

Yah I agree with xaivervii, I like the first one. It could also be beautiful if you'll combine another lighter shade of tile. I think if you'll combine another white tile, it will perfectly look more enticing.

I chose the 1st tile for both my toilet flooring. RCR 60 (grey, left in the pic) instead of yours which is RCR 63.

my common bathroom floor tiles was similar too, but a bit regretted.... as it always show 'stain' after the floor dry up. It's just white patches everywhere, no matter how many times i clean my floor, it will dry up with white patches does anyone know how to help on this?

I suspect the white patches are dried up residue of the chemical compounds in our water - namely Calcium, maybe Fluoride even. You may like to do a test by using a brand new mop or rag, and clean using distilled water. Of course this may not be the long term solution but just a test for proof.

Ultimately, it may be necessary to wipe off all excess water on tile after use.

hi actually i have both the tiles u showed.

the first is in my kitchen and toilet....no problems with maintenance.

the second is in my living room balcony area....almost no issue w maint, just mop like the homo tiles..

For black tiles ,in long term ur tiles will have white stain and cannot get rid of it.
