hi both my toilet walls are cement screed and my living hall flooring. flooring cost ard 1.2k with stainless steel strips. but i learnt my lesson, dun believe any so called ID who claimed they can do. apparently to achieve a smooth and even effect you have to use self levelling compound. drill your contractor to show you their past workmanship first.

Hi, yours looks like a 3room flat. the cement screeding is very cheap. my contractors are charging 2.2 and above. what do the stainless steel strips do? do you have a layer of varnish over your cement screed?
