Hi all,

Would like to share my experience with Prozfile. May not be representative but do be careful. Apparently they set up last year only and I have just finished settling with them in small claims tribunal. They split from Project File for some management differences so already there's some problems there.

Even after the whole experience and talking with Cadine, who is my young designer's boss, I must say they can talk but can't deliver. Every fault is blamed on the owner, subcontractor and building structure but until now no apology or remorse I see for delayed works, inconvenience and safety compromised, and delineation from works discussed. I think read some post also there's this same problem where they are slow and you are the one calling them and chasing them which I experienced too. Even touch-up works took 1 and half months and only 2 parts of 3 room hdb is being renovated. Friends who have dealt with renovation for 20 years plus were shocked at the progress and lack of knowledge when visited during renovation. Just when I think it's all over the neighbour downstairs complained about leaking, so they do all sorts of short term remedies to fix it. Then they withhold warranty until final payment which I refuse to pay because that time I just moved in even movers and furniture guys say the place is not moveable condition. She says that her designer can learn from this experience and grow from it as a better man. Don't know whether to laugh or cry because I am no guinea pig and no one wants their home to be put through this experimental mess. My last words to them were to take better care of their clients but I think this has fallen on deaf ears with more interruptions to counter and less listening on their part. Even the registrar pointed out they admitted their mistake yet she does not answer his questions. I'm sure if I push to go hearing they cmi given they forget to bring documents for the consultation stage.

Please watch out for unprofessional companies that quote very high and talk a lot of shop. Better to go for contractor bring you down to earth. Don't assume that ID is like wedding planner will take care of everything swee swee. Pm me for more details.

Prozfile and Project File are both under the same management and they both are terrible.

Hi Guys, i am gathering all similar cases on how bad Project File / Prozfile / Projfile are and compile them together and report to CASE.

Please let me know if you would like to report them and teach them a lesson.

Thanks

anyone using project file before? I met them couple of weeks ago,I like their works but my wife don't really feel comfortable to talk to their director Alan.

And after seeing many bad reviews and comment about them in FB and forum worrying us to look for them. Just to confirm whether those reviews are useful.

Dear new Homer , do yourself a favor. Just pay $5 TO ACRA search and you will be surprised. They have opened and closed 4 to 5 interior designer shops within 3 years, This proved one thing. They are ready to close one more if you filed against them. And it will be easier for them to open a new shop under a new name.
You can search under the current shop name , Projectfile or under the owner name CHOO KEONG HEE S7401880G.
It is easy to ask their friends to add good feedback about them . But when you see someone wrote negative about them , you should reconsider their works. Because I just want to warn you about their poor end results and inferior qualities to provide to your place.
As i said, go to ACRA search and you will know what i meant.
Huge good luck if you still using them.

Beware!!!!
I like to thanks to Henry Tan advice. If not I already got cheated by this company.
I did a searched on them and was shocked what I had found.
There were few companies under them and already struck off ( closed down).

ProjFile Pte Ltd opens in the year 2007 and closed down in 2014.
Motto Pte Ltd opens in the year 2009 and closed in 2013.
Surphace solution Pte Ltd opens in the year 2008 and closed down.
Benchmark Pte Ltd opens in the year 2009 and closed down
Currently , they still have Project File and Proz file under their name to lure innocent ppl money.
SCARY.......
Thank God I nearly engage them.

M particularly interested in the black ceiling fans that keep appearing in the pics. Does any kind soul know what brand is that and where to get it?

Hi, we are having issues with Project File as well with the workmanship, inferior qualities of the carpentry items etc and somehow the actual price of the electrician etc are double the price of what was quoted on the renovation contract.

Now all this has led to a fall out with our condo management that could potentially end in court.

We went past Project File's office at Rangoon Road today, as we wanted to have a talk with them but the shop was empty. We checked with the next door shop and has been informed they moved out 2 months ago, but the ID has been replying to our emails as late mid/end June.

If anyone has any information or want further information please pm me.
