We want to get the light fitting for our 5 room flat. and need to get it soon. :-p Things we consider: 1. Energy saving 2. Brightness 3. Good Design 4. Cheap Place we need to install light fitting: 1. Entrance (small one, something like a down light but we don't have false ceiling) 2. Living room (must be very bright, thinking of 3 tubes one) 3. Dining area 4. Master bedroom 5. Study room 6. Guest room 7. 2 toilet 8. Kitchen (2 points) 9.
