Forgotten, it seems you do not quite "enjoy" with pty agents. I spoke to a few (good ones I regard as)and remain in touch and their views on property mkt are really eye opening. There're always some black sheeps in all trades So I think it's important for buyers to be selective and choose their agents carefully. It's great that you personally know some good agents out there.
