Help Me Find Kitchen Sink

Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to find a stainless steell sink, which would be functional for our needs.

My research so far indicates: The overall length should be between 80 - 90 cm. It should have 2 partitions with at least one partition more than 400mm in length and 180mm or more in depth. I feel sink is one of the most important aspects of kitchen design and thus am trying to ensure I get something which will hold utensils properly and allow ample space for cleaning things.

Has someone seen any model in the market that has these types of specifications or is using one?

Budget approx 400 SGD.

I have tried Blanco and Franke models in the market they dont seem to have it .. what other brands in singapore can try (I am trying to stay away from chineese brands).

Thanks in advance,

Lucy

i know Hoe Kee and Sim Siang Choon have quite a vast variety.... have u checked them out yet?

btw u seem to be very exact in ur requirements, but just a quick question sista. will u be able to accept 10 or 20mm less?

my point being that if it can more/less fit ur requirements, i guess u can bend ur measurements a little and accomodate :)

Hi there,

I am ok with few mm here and there. So far though nothing close to it.

Hokee is a good shop in general. I have been there. And, in fact a friendly sales staff only helped me understand intricacies in sink (and other) accessories. They only carry blance, a canadian brand, and chineee stuff. Chinees stuff has what I need but I also know (from an educated source) that their life time is not worth depending on.

Guys ideas please ! I am sure someone has also bough a deep and wide enough to hold on to asian cooking needs!

TIA,

I saw a few big kitchen sink at Heritage double bowl(1 big 1 small).. not sure is it what you wanted.

but i think it does falls between the range you want.

The one i bought is not on display, so they let me pick out from the catalog with the measurement i want.

If you are looking for stainless steel deep double bowl sinks, try Bellari.

Thanks guys! Got some pointers now (heritage, bellari, poh joo)

At Poh joo do you recommend going for chinese sinks ? or do they have non-chinese models which will fit my conditions?

Cheers,

Lucy
