He has been trying to cheat me at every corner and it has come to a point that both me and my partner have lost faith in him. So, we would like to start afresh. Can someone please recommend a reliable (and honest) contractor? We know what we want and so we don't necessarily need to engage an expensive ID. A reliable person (contractor) will do.
